Buckeye Bares is an Ohio family nudist group. Members, guests and visitors are always welcome to enjoy the friendship and fun that only nude recreation can offer.

Buckeye Bares celebrates the nude human form as inherently wholesome and natural and views clothing-optional recreation as essential to body acceptance.
You'll meet and enjoy the company of a variety of people who, like you, come in many shapes, sizes and ages. Our philosophy of body acceptance means that we learn to appreciate the diversity of body types, gain a better understanding and acceptance of our own bodies, and reap the social, psychological, and physical benefits of a healthy and natural way of life.
We are a new family nudist club forming in the Akron Canton Area of Ohio. We expect most of our members to come from the Akron/Canton area and Southern OH.
At present we are meeting on the first Saturday of each month. For location, time and directions, please fill out the information request on our Contact Us page. Our initial meetings will be social gatherings. The facility we will meet at will have pool availability this year.
The founders of this group are nudists and are members of various nudist groups and organizations. This is a true goal of ours and we would request only those who follow the principles set forth by groups such as AANR and The Naturist Society (TNS) contact us.
Our goal is to provide additional activities for area naturist by adding dates and venues for naturists to gather.
We would like to establish as a non-landed group with monthly swims, gatherings, and events. Our meetings will be at a facility that has offered its use for meetings, members' homes and at rented facilities such as dance halls or swim clubs with occasional visits planned to landed nudist resorts.
We accept all whether they have had previous nudist experience or not.
We accept Families, Singles and Couples. We do encourage single men to bring a female friend along, if possible, to prevent the group from becoming male dominated. Although we will try to maintain a male/female ratio for the members' comfort, we will be very hesitant to limit the attendance of those who are truly interested in nudism and naturism.
We are not affiliated with the AANR or The Naturist Society at this time, but do adhere to their principles.
Note please. We are a nudist club , not clothing optional, so nudity is expected at all events, newcomers will obviously be given considerations. Youth under 18 are always clothing optional.
